COVID-19 HEALTHY & SAFETY REMINDERS
- When you arrive, please remain in your car and call to let us know you are here 727-344-3897
- We will call and let you know when we are ready for you to come in
- Please wear a mask at all times in our office when not being treated
- Please come to your appointment alone, no additional visitors will be allowed
- There will be a temperature check upon entering the office
- Please limit the number of personal belongings that you bring with you
- Please maintain a 6 foot distance between you and other guests/staff, except your provider during the service only
- If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment
- Please arrive on time. Not early or late. There will be no waiting room, so if you arrive early you will need to wait in your car. Arriving late may result in rescheduling of your appointment. Please be on time.
- Please be patient with us as we navigate our “new normal.”
